Shipping policy

We currently are setup to ship within the United States only and plan to expand as we grow. Please contact us if you would like to purchase an item, and currently are located outside of the United States.

We ship all items over $50.00 FREE by USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise noted in the item’s description page. For an additional fee, we can ship your order by USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Next Day Air Saver. You will have the option to choose during checkout.  Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is included on all orders.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

PLEASE NOTE: Monogram Jewelry, any item that is sized, worn, or special ordered is non-returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

NOTE: In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly (7-10 business days Mon-Fri) from receipt of your return.
